Our liability is limited to the price of the book purchased and postal charges if any.

8. Termination of contract:-

You may not use the website or any content for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by the Terms of Use, or to solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity which infringes the rights of Rajhauns and / or others. If found doing so, we reserve the right to terminate the contract and membership.

9. Shipping:-

Title and risk of loss for all products ordered by you shall pass on to you upon our shipping carrier delivering books to you.

10. Contents Posted on Site:-

Except as expressly provided in the Terms of Use, no part of the website and no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, publicly displayed, encoded, translated, transmitted or distributed in any way (including “mirroring”) to any other computer, server, website or other medium for publication or distribution or to any commercial enterprise, without Rajhauns’s express prior written consent.
